New Enrollments: Any family that wants to enroll their child at Magnolia must complete the New Enrollment Form. Unless you are moving from another state or county you will also be required to complete the Wetzel County Open Enrollment Form. Once completed you will be contacted by a counselor to schedule an appointment. Please bring the following items if available to the appointment: copies of birth certificate, social security card, transcript/last report card, and any other relevant school records.
