This week’s Kindness Certificate goes to the amazing cooks at Magnolia High School.
These wonderful ladies went above and beyond by writing special notes to each senior on their last school pepperoni roll. Such a small gesture made such a huge impact, and the students were truly touched by the kindness and love shown to them.
One student even asked if their pepperoni rolls could be mailed to them after graduation. That just shows how much these ladies mean to our students each and every day.
Thank you for not only feeding our students, but also caring for them like family.

Our next Kindness Certificate is proudly awarded to Hundred Heritage student, Aldin Burley.
While visiting HHS yesterday, Mr. Snider witnessed a simple but powerful act of kindness that truly made a difference. Aldin took the time to go back upstairs to retrieve Mrs. Longwell’s laptop so she wouldn’t have to make the trip herself.
It may seem like a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about Aldin’s character—thoughtful, considerate, and always willing to lend a helping hand. These are the moments that make our school community stronger and brighter.
We are so proud of you, Aldin! Keep leading with kindness. 💙❤️

Our next Kindness Certificate goes to Coach Schmidt from Valley High School.
After a Magnolia baseball player delivered an outstanding performance while facing a recent loss in his family, Coach Schmidt showed what true compassion looks like. Following the game, he gifted the player his home run ball as a keepsake—an act that will be remembered far beyond the field.
This is what sportsmanship, empathy, and community kindness are all about. Moments like these remind us that it’s bigger than the game.
Thank you, Coach Schmidt, for leading with heart.

Today, students from Hundred Heritage and Short Line School had an incredible hands-on learning experience!
Students from both schools visited the site where the new school will be constructed and got a firsthand look at the early stages of the project. They met with Mr. Vosvick from Weller & Associates, the supervising archaeologist, who shared insights into the important work happening on-site.
Students observed excavation areas, explored different soil samples, and learned how archaeology plays a role in preparing land for construction. It was a unique opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences!
What a great day of discovery and learning!
