ATTENTION!! AS OF FRIDAY AUGUST 30, 2024 It is now official from the WVDE that educational leave is no longer allowed. Our county policy is currently being updated to reflect that. Beginning today, Tuesday, September 3 these can no longer be excused. This includes if the Principal has already approved the request, but the trip has not happened yet. This is to notify any family that has educational leave approved but the trip has not occurred yet that they will have to use a parent note to excuse the days. This will count toward their allowed limit of ten parent notes per year. The state legislature has made this a law.

NMS Girl's basketball will be having a flex day practice, Saturday Sept 7th at NMS gym between 10a-12p. It's open to all girls grades 6th-8th at NMS who want to try out for the season in the winter. There is NO guarantee of making the team if you come to any flex day practices. Please bring a water bottle!
