Wetzel County Pre-K Families, please be advised: Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled to take place from February 3rd-6th. As a result, Pre-K students will not have school next week. This schedule change only affects Pre-K students. Everyone have a great weekend!

Our Pre-K and Special Education staff, as well as support staff, are receiving training today in the Picture Exchange Communication System, which will facilitate communication with our non-verbal students.
In a collaborative effort, Title 1 Reading and Math teachers, along with interventionists, met today to prepare for the analysis of iReady benchmarks, now being administered as part of mid-year assessments. By identifying areas of strength and weakness, teachers will develop targeted interventions to support the individual needs of each student in Wetzel County, driving growth and success. #WCS #TITLE1 #SUCCESS
