Short Line had an awesome turnout at their Back to School Bash! The kids had a blast with all the fun activities, and the cotton candy was a huge hit! Thank you EQT, for all you do. 🍭📚

Early Childhood teachers met at Hundred Heritage today with a professional development session with Lisa Murphy- the Ooey Gooey lady. (www.ooeygooey.com). Lisa Murphy stressed how important it is for early childhood educators to create play-based, relationship-focused, child-center environments. Participants were engaged in sensory play, understanding the theory of multiple intelligences, and story writing. Various resources were shared as well as recipes and advice for taking a closer look at the classroom by controlling the environment not the child and not making moral issues out of developmental issues.
Thank you to all the participants - you are the early childhood experts!
