Today's visit from Wetzel-Tyler Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Greene, was a highlight at Energy Express. She led a hands-on STEAM activity that challenged the children to think creatively and develop problem-solving skills. The task of inserting a gummy worm into a life saver gummy without using their hands was both challenging and enjoyable for the kids. Thank you, Mrs. Greene, for your innovative approach to learning!

The kids at Energy Express had a very special surprise. The WVU Mountaineer came to speak with the kids about what he does as the mountaineer and even read a book to them about the history of West Virginia. Before he left he also took individual pictures with all the children and answered any questions that they had. Thank you so much for visiting, WVU Mountaineer!

The kids at Energy Express were surprised with our first celebrity visitor, Miss Teen Regatta Fest! Grace Greene had a very special visit with kids to talk about the New Martinsville Area Regatta Fest Pageant and read a book of her choice, which the kids loved! She did an amazing job explaining to the kids what the Regatta Fest is all about and what she has done with her title as well.
