New Martinsville School was alive with talent at our Evening with the Arts! Families enjoyed a night filled with beautiful artwork and incredible musical performances, showcasing the hard work and dedication of our talented students.
From stunning displays to grade-level musical performances, this event truly celebrated the arts in all their forms. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a role in making this special evening possible—our students, teachers, staff, and families. Your support and participation made this a memorable experience for all!











Concert Pianist visits NMS today. Barron Ryan is known for his dynamic performances and unique blend of classical and jazz influences. What an honor to have him come to play for the 🦅!!

Congratulations to Alyssa Kelly from New Martinsville School.
She performed Friday afternoon with the WV All-State Middle School Band made up of 100 of the best middle school musicians from across the state. The concert was held in conjunction with the WVMEA conference at the Civic Center in Charleston, WV.


Pianist, Barron Ryan, will be at our school on Tuesday, March 11. He will be performing in our big gym at 1:30pm. Performance should last 35-45 mins. He is really into wearing crazy socks, so we have decided to make it a "Crazy Sock Day" for grades 4-8.


Ms. Cain’s class has been learning about the night sky. Students were asked to go outside and look at the Planetary Alignment that occurred at the end of February, and then draw a picture and write a reaction to what they saw!!

Angie, Glenni, and Kayla from Walmart #2684 in New Martinsville, came in to read a Dr.Seuss story to the first graders at New Martinsville School. Walmart also donated a book to each first grade classroom! Thanks for reading to us, Cat in the Hat!
