Our first graders brought history to life by building personal timelines. This hands‑on project helped them understand chronological order, reflect on important moments, and practice public speaking as they presented to their classmates. Real‑life experiences make learning meaningful—and these students shined.

A little kindness goes a long way. Our 5th and 6th grade leaders brightened our day with flowers and “My Favorite” superlatives. What a beautiful moment of gratitude.

Food in the Foyer
We love our teachers and staff, and this week has been a wonderful reminder of just how special they are. Thanks to our amazing PTO, several generous community businesses, and Wetzel County Tech Center’s Thirsty Pup food trailer, our team has enjoyed a week filled with food, fun, and fellowship. A heartfelt thank‑you goes out to WesBanco of Paden City for the thoughtful goodie bags, as well as Paden City Tasty Freeze, Chen’s Garden, and Quinet’s Court Restaurant for the delicious drinks, desserts, and treats. We also appreciate Getting My Fit Together for offering an exercise class to all staff members. Our families have gone above and beyond to make each thematic day memorable, too. Their support and creativity have truly made this celebration shine. Although this week is dedicated to them, our teachers and staff are appreciated every single day. Their dedication, care, and commitment make our school community stronger, and we are grateful for all they do!

Happy Nurses Day to the nurse who does it all! From top‑tier medical care to endless compassion, you’re the steady, caring presence our students count on. You advocate fiercely, jump in wherever you’re needed, and create a space where kids feel safe, supported, and genuinely excited to stop by. Our school is better because of you, Nurse Tiffany!
