Special memories were made on our Make & Take day!

Today was a great day for our 6th Grade "Wildcats Show Up" attendance award! The 6th graders definitely know how to pick a fun, active reward—nothing beats a good kickball game to bring everyone together, enjoy the outdoors, and add a little competition! It was definitely a fun time for a special group of kids!

✨🌟 Bright ideas are glowing in 3rd grade! 🌟✨ Pictured are some of our talented Wildcats who designed dazzling glow stick creations, lighting up their creativity in the most brilliant ways! Crafting unique designs, they proved learning and fun go hand in hand. They earned the Wildcats Show Up Attendance award for showing up, everyday, ready, and on time! Additionally, they demonstrate their love of learning in the classroom. Let’s hear it for our amazing 3rd grade Wildcats! We are proud of your accomplishment!

What an incredible day of learning and adventure for our 3rd and 4th grade students at the Grave Creek Mound in Moundsville, WV! Our young historians stepped back in time to uncover the fascinating secrets of the Adena people, who built this ancient burial mound over 2,000 years ago.
From climbing the mound to exploring artifacts at the Delf Norona Museum, our students were amazed by the rich history and archaeology that make this site so special. Hands-on activities and storytelling made history come alive, sparking curiosity and excitement about the past and the significance of this historical landmark.

We love our cooks! They make everyday a good day! Special delivery days are the best!

Fun, sun, and learning about animal science!
Our kindergarten and second grade students had a great day at the zoo!

Our first grade students enjoyed learning about dental care from Miss West Virginia USA 2024, Caylie Simmons.
Caylie is a registered dental hygienist and oral health advocate.
Caylie founded Miles for Smiles, a campaign to provide oral health education to children in all 55 West Virginia counties. Her passion is to make dental care accessible to all children.

💚🤍Under the direction of Debra Price and Cathy Walls, PCE band and choir students showcased their progress and talent tonight.
From beginners to confident performers, their dedication was evident as they filled the room with enthusiasm, joy, and heartfelt music! Great job, everyone! We are so proud of our Wildcats!

Paden City Elementary is now a
Project ADAM Heart Safe School!
Project ADAM (Automated Defibrillators in Adam's Memory) is a national initiative that helps schools, athletic programs, and community sites become Heart Safe by preparing them to respond to sudden cardiac arrest emergencies. The program was founded in memory of Adam Lemel, a 17-year-old student who collapsed and died while playing basketball due to sudden cardiac arrest. His family started Project ADAM to ensure schools have the necessary equipment, training, and emergency response to save lives.
We would like to thank our Nurse, Tiffany Frame, for training our team!
